Senior Supply Chain Fulfillment Manager

Salary: $141,000 – $175,000

Location: Richmond, California

Hybrid Schedule: Three days in-office, two days remote. Monday- Friday

Position Summary

The Senior Supply Chain Fulfillment Manager will supervise the daily duties of the OCONUS (Outside the Continental US) Account Management Team and CONUS (Continental US) Supervisor. This role provides strategic direction and operational execution, leads order tracking, and ensures orders meet customer service standards. Requires strong leadership, collaboration, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Management
• Provide direct leadership to CONUS and OCONUS teams.
• Oversee training, performance management, and team development.
• Set KPIs and monitor progress through regular feedback.
• Operational Oversight
• Manage schedules and approve overtime.
• Ensure timely processing of customer orders.
• Monitor shipping boards and enforce logistics timelines.
• Review open orders and resolve issues.
• Customer Engagement
• Participate in routine customer calls.
• Build strong relationships and handle escalations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Accounting.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Training & Development
• Lead onboarding and promote cross-training.
• Compliance
• Adhere to company policies and federal/state regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years in account management/customer service.
• 5+ years in leadership with 3+ direct reports.
• Preferred Skills:
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• 2+ years with ERP systems and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
