Vertex Dental Studio is a premium dental laboratory specializing exclusively in All-on-X / full-arch implant prosthetics . We partner with oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and implant-focused practices nationwide to deliver all on x prostheses including designing, prototype fabrication and final smiles .

The Opportunity

We’re expanding and seeking commission-only Independent Sales Representatives to introduce our lab to new doctors and practices. This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential .

If you already have relationships with oral surgeons, prosthodontists, or implant GPs, this is a chance to add a high-ticket, high-commission product line to your portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and connect with doctors placing All-on-4/All-on-X cases.
• Introduce Vertex Dental Studio’s unique offer and secure trial cases.
• Distribute our marketing kits.
• Serve as the first point of contact and maintain relationships with accounts you bring in.
• Travel office to office(if located in Charlotte NC are we have a vehicle that can be potentially used.

Role Description (COMMISSION ONLY)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Implant Representative located in Locust, NC. The Dental Implant Rep will be responsible for promoting and selling dental implant products to healthcare professionals, providing product demonstrations and training, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customers' satisfaction. The role also includes collaborating with the technical, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance product offerings and support services.

Compensation

• 100% commission-based.
• No cap on earnings.
• Tiered commission incentives for higher volume (earn more per arch as your accounts grow).
• No territory restrictions – work your own contacts, in any region.
• Sales support: professional marketing materials, case studies, and promotional kits provided.
• Freedom and flexibility: independent 1099 role, work on your own schedule.
• Reps typically have potential for $3,000–$10,000+ monthly depending on volume.

Experience

• Existing network of dental professionals preferred (oral surgeons, prosthodontists, implant GPs).
• Proven experience in dental/medical/implant sales a plus, but not required.
• Self-starter with strong communication skills and drive to close new business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – motivated by commission and growth.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
• Relevant educational background (e.g. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field)
• Experience with ALL ON X full arches, screw-retained crowns, and custom abutments preferred
• Knowledge in CAD CAM designing is a plus
