The Cook 4 position requires advanced culinary skills and a comprehensive understanding of kitchen operations. This versatile role supports our main restaurant offering,  Gulf & Prairie . The ideal candidate is a seasoned culinary professional capable of working across all kitchen stations with minimal supervision and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with hotel standards.
• Flexibly support various culinary teams and outlets, adapting to the needs of each kitchen area.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency across all kitchen stations, including hot line, cold line, pastry, and banquets.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in all kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with fellow culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain composure and efficiency in a high-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications - External

• Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant culinary experience, preferably in line and fine dining settings.
• Advanced culinary knowledge and ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Versatility to work across all kitchen stations.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
