Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Welder position located in Simi Valley, CA. As a Welder at Fluid Line Technology, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding operations including arc welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding on a variety of materials as required. You will follow technical specifications, ensure materials meet quality requirements, and maintain safety standards. Additional responsibilities will include inspecting and maintaining welding equipment, interpreting blueprints, and collaborating with the fabrication team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with various welding techniques and Materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Adherence to safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification is required
