Salary: $24–$27/hour

What your future day will look like:

• Set up and calibrate CNC machines for production runs
• Interpret blueprints and CAD/CAM files to program machines
• Operate CNC equipment for milling, turning, drilling, and grinding
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet exact specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
• Document production details and maintain accurate records
• Follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery (Mills/Lathes) in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM files
• 5 axis machining experience is required
• Strong understanding of machining techniques and measurement tools
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
• Engineering degree is a plus
