Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Manual UAT Tester to sit onsite in St. Louis, MO for a large, telecommunication company. This Manual UAT tester will be joining the Business Integration team within Customer Operations. This group is working on an initiative called MVNO (mobile virtual network operator). In other words, this initiative focuses on SMB mobile customers where they will utilize T-Mobile infrastructure/network and Charter will provide the customer service (MVNO). The ideal candidate will have prior experience with daily testing execution, creating test cases, and using cases based on requirements that have been written by other teams. This team runs monthly deployments with a 3 week testing cycle (new update once a month released and 3 weeks dedicated to testing). Each person is handling 10-12 mobile projects per month with a defect triage being done per project (reviewing reported bugs and which need to be fixed before release). Furthermore, this team is testing current release while also already preparing and testing for the next cycle. Because this team is handling multiple tasks at a time, the team is looking for someone that has worked in a fast paced environment and team oriented. On a day-to-day basis, this person will spend 70% of their time within testing and 30% within preparing the testing/test plans. This team sits 4 days onsite in Maryland Heights, MO and 1 floating remote day.

Pay: Up to $47/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
