Our client, a leading apparel and sporting goods manufacturing company, is looking for an Athlete Recruiter. This is for an initial duration of 6 months and is located in Beaverton, OR.

Job Type: Contract (Candidates must be able to work on W2 without VISA sponsorship)

• Must have good communication (will primarily be communicating with store leaders)

Description:

• Develop, Implement and maintain talent acquisition channels, Internet tools and social media platforms for recruiting and diversity initiatives.
• Continuously evolve a sourcing process along with pipeline specific sourcing frameworks, talent acquisition channels and candidate relationship efforts.
• Develop, Implement and maintain sourcing effectiveness metrics, preferred vendor evaluations and assessments and consult with Talent Acquisition Managers and Recruiters on optimal resources.
• Negotiate agreements, partner with Procurement and maintain directory of partners.
• Provide sourcing tools and training to include ROI measures.
• Expand the use of Web 2.0 Channels for recruiting.
• Review performance of Channel strategy and assist in the creation of appropriate budgets and business case for continued investment.
