This is a fantastic opportunity for DVMs of all experience levels, including recent graduates, who want to build their skills alongside three experienced veterinarians with additional expertise in surgery, alternative therapies, and equine care.

What You'll Be Doing - Managing a balanced caseload of consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries
- Working with both small animals and equine patients

Schedule & Hours Full-time status can be achieved working just 30 hours per week, typically across four weekdays, giving you flexibility and balance within hospital opening times:
- Mon - Fri: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Sat: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (required rotational basis only)
- Sun: Closed
Compensation & Benefits - $130,000-$180,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
- $30,000 joining bonus
- 3 weeks PTO plus public holidays

Who We're Looking For - DVM (or equivalent) degree
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Texas
