The Opportunity

We’re looking for an  ASE Master Technician  who takes pride in their work, values doing things the right way, and wants to be part of a shop that holds itself to a higher standard.

This role is for technicians who want:

Compensation & Rewards

• $30–$40/hour (DOE)
• Generous  signing bonus,  depending on experience
• Competitive production bonuses
• 40hrs/yr paid training and ASE certification reimbursement
• No weekends — ever

What We’re Looking For

• ASE Master Certification (or equivalent high-level experience)
• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic skills — you find the root cause and fix it right
• Works efficiently, maintains a clean and organized workspace, and takes pride in the quality of their workmanship
• Team-focused mindset and professional communication
• Commitment to learning and improving your craft
