  • Oversee global social media strategy and content development in coordination with the SoftBank Group social media team.
  • Lead global internal communications to align employees with strategic objectives and foster a connected, high-performance culture.
  • Oversee agency relationships, vendor management, budgeting, and communications metrics.

  • Experience working in both agency and in-house environments is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across geographies and cultures with a global mindset.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, writing, and storytelling skills — with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable working under pressure with competing demands, while maintaining precision and judgment.
  • A low-ego, high-impact leader who embodies SoftBank’s cultural values of teamwork, integrity, entrepreneurship, and impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant international experience a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
