We're hiring in Euless, TX, at an AAHA-accredited, Cat-Friendly Certified hospital that's recently been fully revamped to offer the very best in small animal care.
This opportunity is open to both Associate DVMs looking to grow in a supportive environment and Senior DVMs who are excited to mentor a skilled team while guiding them toward the highest standards of patient care.

What You'll Be Doing - Managing a varied daily caseload including consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries
- Performing soft tissue surgeries (with opportunity to expand surgical skills further)
- Building strong relationships with clients and their pets
- As a Senior DVM: leading mentorship, fostering collaboration, and guiding the medical team toward excellence
Schedule & Hours - No weekends required
- Only 30 hours per week to qualify for full-time benefits
- Hospital hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- No after-hours on-call
Compensation & Benefits - $135,000-$180,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
- $50,000 signing bonus
- 20% production bonus (no negative accrual)
- 3 weeks PTO plus public holidays
- $3,000+ annual CE allowance
