Full-time, In-Person, Day Shift

Do you enjoy helping people learn? Are you steady, patient, and great at following a clear process? Diamond Rigging and Crane is looking for a friendly, safety-minded Teaching Assistant to support our crane and rigging training programs.

This is a perfect role for someone who loves being part of a team, communicates well, stays calm under pressure, and wants to help students grow. No crane experience needed, we will train you.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Lead Instructor during classes
• Help set up the classroom and training yard
• Assist students with simple, hands-on practice
• Keep materials, tools, and equipment organized
• Follow all safety rules and help reinforce them
• Give students encouragement and guidance
• Keep the training environment clean, safe, and steady

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs

Work Schedule

• 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (15 min break x 2) and (1 hr lunch break)
• 8 hour shifts (no overtime)
• Monday - Friday

Bonus Skills (Not required)

• Experience in construction or trades
• Any teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience
• Veteran background
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
