Bilingual Licensed Therapist (Spanish)

Hybrid | Full-Time | New York, NY

We are seeking compassionate, licensed therapists to join a growing behavioral health organization serving a diverse client population. This role offers a balanced hybrid schedule, strong clinical collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Perform intakes, psychosocial assessments, and risk evaluations
• Provide individual, couples, family, group, and crisis counseling
• Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions to diverse populations
• Collaborate with prescribers, supervisors, and interdisciplinary clinical teams
• Facilitate or co-facilitate therapy groups and contribute to broader clinical initiatives
• Provide services both in-person and via tele-health

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Active New York State license (LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW)
• Experience providing therapy services
• Ability to provide therapy in person and virtually

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment

Schedule & Work Model

• Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
• Hours of operation:
• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Friday/Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must be open to working 1–2 late shifts per week
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
