Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities;

• Provide and oversee safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
• Perform the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Coordinate care using interdisciplinary collaboration and evidence-based practice
• Supervise, mentor, and precept nursing and clinical support staff
• Plan and manage daily staffing, workflows, and clinical operations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and competency validation of staff
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and support quality improvement, survey readiness, and patient safety initiatives
• Promote professional development and continuing education among staff
• Support efficient use of clinical resources, staffing, and supplies
• Act as a liaison with providers and clinical leadership
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (single-state or compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Nursing degree (Associate’s required; Bachelor’s preferred)
• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of national nursing standards and clinical procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
• Ability to delegate, manage time, and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and technology proficiency to support clinical care
• Ability to comply with professional standards, ethics, and code of conduct
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
