Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Quality Training Supervisor to lead and optimize quality training programs within a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. In this role, you will oversee a team of training professionals, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting operational excellence across quality-related functions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quality Training team to deliver effective, compliant, and engaging training programs.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive training initiatives in alignment with USP, cGMP, and GDP standards.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of training documentation to ensure full compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality training materials, including On-the-Job training modules, work instructions, and job aids, ensuring clarity, relevance, and practical application.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or another related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or training within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of compounding operations, manufacturing quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Preferred certifications include: CQA, CQIA, CMQ/OE, RAC, and CPGP
