Job Description

Little Peas Speech Therapy is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and motivated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing clinic.

Little Peas is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice located in Beaverton, Oregon. We are dedicated to providing effective, family-centered therapy services that help children grow, thrive, and achieve meaningful communication goals.

To provide effective, compassionate, and family-centered speech therapy services that support children in reaching functional goals and expanding their communication skills.

Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a pediatric SLP who is eager to grow professionally while working with a diverse caseload in a collaborative, supportive environment. This position is full-time, with part-time consideration for the right candidate.

Experience in pediatric feeding is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is organized, driven, and passionate about working with children and families.

Clinical experience may include (but is not limited to):

  • Phonological and speech sound disorders
  • Late talkers and early language development
  • Social communication disorders
  • Autism spectrum disorders
  • Language-based learning disabilities
  • Oral-motor deficits
  • Fluency disorders

Work responsibilities include:

  • Administer and interpret pediatric speech and language evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and manage individualized Plans of Care (POCs)
  • Monitor progress through data collection and ongoing analysis
  • Modify treatment plans as clinically indicated
  • Collaborate with families, colleagues, pediatricians, and educational professionals
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and caregivers
  • Complete all required documentation, including SOAP notes, evaluation reports, and progress notes

Required Education/Certification:

  • Master’s Degree or PhD in Speech and Language Pathology & Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
  • Oregon state license for Speech-Language Pathology (current and active)
  • Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of pediatric speech therapy experience

Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
