We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Office Administrator and executive team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment. You'll play an important role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly while contributing to a positive and efficient office culture. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to grow within a dynamic law firm environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to firm leadership.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on case status and answer their questions.
  • Assist with scheduling, organizing case documents, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate office activities, meetings, and events. Manage and organize case documents.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and administrative records.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support firm operations.

Requirements:
* 1+ years of administrative or office support experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software systems.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Professional, dependable, and a team-oriented attitude.
* Familiarity with office operations and client service is a plus.
