Hourly Pay Range: $42.78–$64.99 (Final compensation determined by HR)

A hospital in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join its rehabilitation team. This full-time role offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, with a strong focus on individualized treatment and patient-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy focused on ADLs such as dressing, grooming, feeding, and homemaking
• Support perceptual skills including visual-perceptual coordination and spatial awareness
• Deliver physical therapy for ROM, muscle strength, balance, and hand function
• Address cognitive abilities including planning, concentration, and judgment
• Evaluate patient condition, family support, and home environment to determine care needs and resources
• Develop individualized therapy plans using assessment data and patient input
• Consult with physicians and obtain consent for treatment plans
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services as ordered by the physician
• Modify treatment plans based on patient progress
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Rehabilitation Services Director

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with pediatric patients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification
