🕓 Shifts:

• 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM EST

• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM EST

Pay rate starts from $ 19 per hour.

We have several Material Handler openings in Westborough, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

🔧 Job Responsibilities

• Perform electromechanical assembly by reviewing instructions, blueprints, and parts lists
• Support assembly and material handling tasks, including:
• • Moving, staging, and delivering materials to workstations
• • Operating pallet jacks, carts, and other equipment
• • Assisting with kitting, labeling, and organizing production parts
• • Ensuring inventory accuracy through proper documentation and scanning
• Complete assembly, repair, and rework tasks as required
• Follow written work instructions and enter data into production systems
• Conduct quality inspections and record results in production/quality forms
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to all manufacturing procedures
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Collaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearly
• Demonstrate ownership, motivation, and accountability in daily tasks

📘 Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work the full shift plus occasional overtime
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers, software, and performing data entry
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks (sitting or standing)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a mechanical setting with power tools
