Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Client: Lake Avenue Recovery
Shift: 8am to 4pm
Payrate: $40-45/hr
Overview:
Comprehensive assessments, group facilitation, individual treatment, and case management, are the core skills required to continue Lake Ave’s commitment to outstanding service.
Provides diagnostic assessment, treatment planning and completes necessary updates as required
Provides individual, family, and group service appropriate to client needs.
Develops ongoing treatment plans through case staffing with the treatment team and interaction with assigned client’s caseloads

Qualifications:
Minimum requirements: Master’s degree, or higher in mental health, social work, or a related field. Eligible for, or in possession of a current MA professional license. Two years’ experience in the field of substance use disorder.
