Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

We’re seeking a licensed clinical psychologist to join a collaborative team. This is an on-site role in the South Bay area with a well-established private group practice that values clinical excellence.

In this role, you will:

• Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy , drawing from your unique clinical orientation and areas of expertise.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled clinicians to ensure holistic, integrated treatment plans.
• Contribute to case consultations and team discussions focused on best-in-class client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards.
• (Optional, if licensed and interested) Provide supervision or mentorship to early-career clinicians or associates.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology ( Ph.D. or Psy.D. required ).
• Active California license (or eligibility within 60 days of hire).
• A deep appreciation for relational, evidence-based, and culturally responsive care.
• Prior experience in private practice, group practice, or similar clinical setting preferred.
• A growth mindset — openness, curiosity, and willingness to collaborate are key.

Compensation:

$75 - $95 / clinical hour
