About the Role
We’re looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in Milwaukee. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and clerical support to our Legal Operations team, including matter management, document processing, and coordination with internal and external partners.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the Senior Paralegal and Legal Operations Manager, ensuring the department runs efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Create legal matters and review/approve law firm invoices in Legal Tracker (Serengeti)
Accept and process Wisconsin Department of Revenue subpoenas
Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, scanning, and document preparation
Handle incoming calls, mail, and correspondence with confidentiality and professionalism
Assist with reporting, data gathering, and special projects as assigned
Maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma (required)
Experience: 1–2 years of administrative or office experience (legal or banking preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
