A highly-ranked Am Law 200 national law firm is looking for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to join their growing practice in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse caseload with great schedule flexibility and a realistic billable hour goal.

Location: Chicago (Hybrid Schedule with significant flexibility)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of employment immigration experience.
• Specific experience preparing labor certifications and visas.
• Case preparation and client communication.
• Ability to draft and revise forms, documents, letters, and exhibits for employment-based immigration processes.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
