Dispatcher (West Sacramento, CA)

LHH is partnering with a leading mechanical and energy services organization in West Sacramento, CA in search of a Dispatcher to support service and maintenance operations for a designated region .

You’ll play a key part in coordinating field operations and ensuring exceptional customer service while working with a collaborative team that values efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for service and maintenance accounts within a specific geographic area.
• Manage daily scheduling and dispatching for field technicians.
• Handle incoming service calls, assess urgency, and schedule accordingly.
• Oversee service calls from receipt through billing, ensuring timely completion.
• Continuously monitor and update the dispatch board throughout the day.
• Generate and process quotes, purchase materials, and coordinate manpower.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols, including timesheet and report submissions.
• Assist with payroll approvals and maintain accurate job records.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dispatch experience in HVAC or related technical service industry required.
• Minimum 4 years of customer service and dispatch experience required.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Purchasing experience preferred.

Job Type: Contract (6 months)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Fully on-site in West Sacramento, CA

Hours: Full-time

Pay Rate: $38–$40 per hour
