The Dental Assistant Instructor position is not a remote job and requires your presence on-site at our Dublin facility. The successful candidate will join a team of passionate educators at The Columbus Academy of Dental Assisting, aiming to shape the future of dental care professionals. Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement effective teaching strategies to meet the educational needs of students. Course work provided by program.
• Evaluate and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance to ensure educational goals are met.
• Manage hands on environments, ensuring a safe and conducive learning atmosphere.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental technology, procedures, and compliance regulations.
• Guide students through hands-on training and simulations, equipping them with practical skills necessary for the dental field.
• Support students preparing for exams.

Requirements

• Valid radiology certification and Hep B vaccination
• Experience in a dental office or clinic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and staff.
• Ability to work flexible hours- Saturdays 8-3pm
• Comprehensive knowledge of dental materials, equipment, and procedures.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring aspiring dental assistants.
