Superintendent - Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants | Austin, TX

Our client are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join their team in Austin, TX, specializing in water and wastewater treatment plant projects.

As a key member of their growing team, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects from planning through completion. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on sustainable water management while working with a collaborative, forward-thinking organization.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage water and wastewater treatment plant projects from initiation to handover.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation across all project activities.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing water and/or wastewater treatment plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering, construction processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
