Aequor is partnering with a school district in Wilmington, DE to fill a BCBA role supporting elementary students. This is a full-time, school-based opportunity with a manageable caseload and a consistent schedule.
Position Details
• Location: Wilmington, DE
• Setting: Elementary school
• Student Population: Autism Services
• Grade Levels: K–5
• Average Caseload: 15–20 students
• Schedule: 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: End of school year (6/10/2026)
Role Overview
The BCBA will provide behavior analytic services, support IEP implementation, collaborate with teachers and related service providers, and assist with data-driven behavior intervention planning in an elementary school setting.
Requirements
• Active BCBA certification
• School-based experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
