We are looking for a highly organized, education-savvy Educational Assistant to support our growing academic team! This is a part-time, in-office role ideal for someone with a background in education who also enjoys operations, planning and scheduling.
🎓 Who You Are:
-Experienced in the education field (teaching, tutoring, or educational therapy)
-Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized
-Able to juggle multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities
-A creative thinker who’s comfortable with both administrative work and educational planning
🛠️ What You'll Do:
-Manage tutor scheduling and communication
-Support office operations and systems
-Assist with curriculum planning and resource development
-Create and schedule content for @themodernteacher on social media
-Create our monthly parent newsletters (experience in Canva is preferred)
Support ongoing projects and events for our students and team
⏰ Schedule & Location:
Part-time (hours and days flexible)
In-person at our West LA office
Great for someone looking for 10–20 hours/week to start, with potential for growth
