Position: Jr Recruiter

Location: Hybrid (1-2 days)

$22/hr on W2

3 months or Under Contract to Hire (65-75K conversion Salary)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office requirements at the Columbia office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting for various types of positions, including but not limited to manufacturing roles. We are looking for someone with a great personality, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Occasionally work on-site at the Columbia office as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Trainable and eager to learn new skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to occasionally work on-site as needed.
